Cranberry White Chocolate Cookies
(Adapted from a recipe by Melinda Gassman)
Mix in a bowl:
2/3 cup margarine, melted and cooled
1 ½ cups brown suger, firmly packed
2 TBS honey
Add and mix well:
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla
Stir in:
1 cup dried cranberries (Craisins)
¾ cup white chocolate chips
Add:
2 cups flour,
½ cup regular oats
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon
Bake 12 -15 minutes at 325
