1 stick butter
1 12 oz can evaporated milk
pinch of salt

Pour hot mixture over chocolate/marshmallow mixture and stir until everything is melted.

  1. Does this come out nice and smooth? Not gritty/sugary? I'm trying to come up with a white chocolate cranberry fudge recipe. The one I tried was gritty.
